That’s why she works for billionaires like Elon Musk and other multi-millionaire elites like herself.
Ann Wagner does not work for the people of Missouri House District 2. She’s a follower, not a leader.
Ann Wagner was elected in 2012, but has never held a public town hall to hear from District 2 citizens in over 14 years.
She only meets with donors and companies, because that’s who she works for.
Ann Wagner thinks the District 2 seat in Congress belongs to her. She thinks it’s owed to her. She doesn’t even try to earn it.

Supports Abortion Rights
Ann Wagner has been a fierce opponent of women’s rights to their own health care her entire life. She has opposed abortion rights by denying science, ignoring women, and lying to voters about the scope and realities of women making choices about their healthcare. Ann Wagner wants miscarriages to be crimes.
In 2024, by a 60% vote – 20 point margin – Missouri District 2 voters overwhelmingly approved constitutional Amendment 3 to legalize abortion and reverse Missouri’s strict and harmful abortion ban. The four counties Ann Wagner is supposed to represent voted over 60% in favor of enshrining women’s reproductive rights in the Missouri constitution.
Yet even now, Ann Wagner and other Missouri Republicans are fighting the will of Missouri voters and are seeking to manipulate the political process and take away women’s rights and the will of the people of Missouri.

Opposes Billionaires
Ann Wagner hasn’t said a word about Elon Musk tearing apart our government and essential services like social security and national parks. Musk has been acting as the President while Trump spends all day golfing, and is dismantling medical research into Alzheimer’s and cancer.
She hasn’t stood up to powerful, wealthy interests because she’s one of them. Silence is compliance.
We know that Ann Wagner caters to the donor class because that’s who she’s beholden to, and she’s one of the elites. She’s been a Republican fundraiser and spent four years living in Luxembourg as a reward for all the money she raised for Republicans nationally.
Citizens and voters in District 2 have had enough. Ann Wagner doesn’t deserve to be re-elected and she knows it.

Supports the Constitution
Ann Wagner and the other Republicans in Congress have decided to ignore and destroy the Constitution by giving their power of taxation and budgeting to the President. Everything that Musk is destroying and funding withheld is funding that Congress set up by law.
Ann Wagner and five other Republicans could end this at any time, but they choose power and party over our Constitution.
Ann Wagner has not opposed how Trump and ICE have violated due process and ignored federal judges by sending innocent people to prisons in other countries. that hundreds of citizens and lawful immigrants have experienced at the hands of Trump and ICE. Our Constitution protects people from being arrested and shipped to a violent prison in another country. But Ann Wagner doesn’t.
Ann Wagner chose power over principle and donors over voters.
They will reject democracy."

She hasn't fought to save the $5.4 million in NIH grant funding that was cut from MO-2 with 16 projects including promoting safe and efficient feeding of preterm infants.
If you're upset about polarization, blame Ann Wagner & Republicans
Republicans have moved much further right since 1980.
So if you’re angry that there’s more polarization, blame the Republicans who have widened the divide.
And Ann Wagner has been a part of it all – she’s happily moved right and flip-flopped on her principles to maintain power while ignoring the voters of District 2.
Ann Wagner gerrymandered District 2 because she takes her voters for granted.
Ann Wagner thinks she should choose her voters instead of her voters choosing her.
Gerrymandering shouldn't work in the Show-Me State, because Ann Wagner hasn't shown District 2 any reason why she's worth voting for.

Example: Giving Elon Musk Control of our Government
Republicans lie and say billionaire George Soros is pulling the strings for Democrats but don’t care at all that billionaire Elon Musk is actually in the Oval Office and destroying our country while controlling Trump. Ann Wagner and Republicans protect Musk but don’t bind him.
Example: Lying about Paid Protesters
Republicans lie and accuse anti-Trump and anti-Musk protestors are being paid to protest. There’s no evidence of that. But Trump has paid people to show up at his events. Ann Wagner hasn’t spoken out against these lies her party tells.
Example: Lying about Protecting Children
Republicans lie and accuse liberals and Democrats of “grooming” minors and sexual abuse. In reality, the Republican party has had far more notable cases of elected officials and party representatives being convicted of sexual assault. The longest-ever serving Republican Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert, was a serial child molester who went to prison. Ann Wagner hasn’t spoken out agains the sexual predators in her own party.
Example: Lying about Voter Fraud
Republicans lie and accuse Democrats of cheating at elections and committing voter fraud. But the only people convicted of voter fraud are Republicans. Republicans feel they have permission to cheat if Democrats are cheating. That accusation gives them permission. But it’s a lie. Ann Wagner hasn’t spoken out against these lies.
